Amo beat Speenghar by 44 runs

 

Amo beat Speenghar by 44-run In the second match of Ghazi Amanullah Khan regional One-Day (List-A) tournament played in Kandahar Cricket ground today.

Speenghar won the toss and opted to field first against the opposite side. Amo made 282 run in their full 50 overs for the loss of 8 wickets. Imran Mir made the highest 122, meanwhile Farhan Zakhil and Abdul Wasi made 54 and 52 respectively. Speenghar bowlers Bahar Ali Shinwari and Farhad Momand took 2 wickets each.

Speenghar started the chase but lost all their wickets making only 237 runs falling short of the target by 44 runs. Bahir Shah Mahboob made 46, Mohammad Eshaq 55 and captain Nasir Omar made 30 runs.

As Amo's bowlers Ibrahim Safi, Kamil and Abdul Wasi Noori took 2 wickets each while Saleem Safi took 1 wicket.

GAK list-A tournament third match will be played between Mis-e-Ainak and Band-e-Amir tomorrow 9:00 am at Kandahar Cricket Ground.
