Abdul Sami Hafeezi, son of Zundai Hafeezi, is the current Acting HR Manager of the Afghanistan Cricket Board, he was born in 1993 in Mohammad Agha District of Logar Province.

Mr. Hafeezi has accomplished his BSc (HONS) degree in Statistical Studies from the University of Peshawar, Pakistan in 2015, and the B.A, and Master in Business Administration (MBA) degrees in Economics and Human Resources from the University of Peshawar, KP, Pakistan, in 2017 and 2019 respectively. In addition, Abdul Sami is a certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP), and has also completed his Special Diploma Course in the English Language from the National University of Modern Languages, Islamabad, Pakistan.

In 2016, he joined the Department of Management Sciences, Peshawar Business School affiliated with the University of Peshawar, as a visiting Lecturer. Moreover, in 2019, he joined the Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) as an HR Analyst and was then promoted to Human Resource Acting Manager.

Abdul Sami Hafeezi experienced leading a team that developed the Human Resources - Management Information System (HR-MIS) and achieved many more Human Resources goals. With 4 years of expertise in HR and Operations, Hafeezi is a result-focused frontrunner who delivers talent acquisition, retention, and motivation solutions that help ACB harness the full power of one of their most valuable assets – their employees.
