Etisalat Ghazi Amanullah Khan List A Tournament begins July 10

The seventh edition of the Etisalat Ghazi Amanullah Khan List A Tournament begins on July 10, 2024. The event features four teams that will compete in a double round-robin format from July 10 to 25 at the Kunduz Cricket Ground. 

The tournament kicks off with the Maiwand Champions facing the Pamir Legends on July 10. The other two teams, Mahipar Stars and Hindukush Strikers will also compete for the title. A total of 13 matches will be played across 16 days, with the final scheduled for July 25. 

This year's tournament will showcase national-level players and top-performing domestic talents, which will help the ACB provide more exposure and excellent playing opportunities for young and emerging cricketers. 

As a significant part of Afghanistan's domestic cricket structure, the Ghazi Amanullah Khan List A Tournament contributes to the development of players and the game of cricket in the country. The event will be followed by the 9th edition of the Shpageeza Cricket League in August, and the 7th edition of the Ahmad Shah Abdali First Class Tournament in September.
