Afghanistan Win the 2nd T20I to Draw Level the Series

Kabul, December 13, 2024: The Afghanistan National Team has put on an incredible all-round performance to beat Zimbabwe by 50 runs and draw level the three-match T20I series 1-1.
Earlier in the afternoon, Afghanistan won the toss for the 2nd time in the series and opted to bat again. Darwish Rasooli (58) scored a half-century, whereas Azmatullah Omarzai (28) and Gulbadin Naib (26*) chipped in with important runs to help AfghanAtalan post 153/6 runs on the board in the first inning.
In defense, Naveen Ul Haq (3/19), Rashid Khan (3/20), Mujeeb Ur Rahman (2/30), Azmatullah Omarzai (1/10), and Fareed Ahmad (1/23) put on a terrific bowling effort to help #AfghanAtalan beat Zimbabwe by 50 runs and draw level the three-match T20I series 1-1.
Darwish Rasooli (58) who batted superbly in the first inning and scored his maiden half-century in the format, was awarded as the best player of the match.
The three-match T20I series has now been drawn 1-1, with the decider of the series being scheduled for December 14, tomorrow at the same venue.
