Note: Those players who meet the following eligibility criteria are requested to fill the form and send it along with Tazkira/passport copy and a passport size photo to ACB or submit the scan copy by email to (Shpageeza@afghancricket.af)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must have played national team during last 3 years.
• Must have played national “A” team played during last 2 years.
• Must have played national U-19 team played during last 2 years.
• Must have played national Emerging Team during last 2 years.
• Domestic players must have played 5 List A or T20s overall.
• Domestic contracted players during last 2 years.
• Emerging players’ age must not succeed 23 years and have played in any ACB registered tournament.(Form is not required)
