For Procurement of Works for: Construction work for Balkh Province Cricket Ground Cutting, Filling, Leveling, and Agricultural soil and grass cultivation

ITB No: ACB/ICC/PRO/W/ FACILITY & TURF MANAGMENT/2025/AFG/NCB-005.

1. This Invitation for Bids (IFB) follows the General Procurement Notice for this project, which was published on 05 August 2025 in Development Business.

2. The Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) has received funding from the International Cricket Council (ICC) to support its development projects. A portion of this budget will be allocated to eligible payments under the contract for the Construction work at the Balkh Province Cricket Ground, including cutting, filling, leveling, and Agricultural soil and grass cultivation.

3. The Procurement Management Department, acting on behalf of ACB, now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the above-mentioned project, under reference number ACB/ICC/PRO/W/FACILITY & TURF MANAGEMENT/2025/AFG/NCB-005.

4. The total completion period is 220 Calendar days, which includes a 10-day slack period to accommodate weather disruptions, flood conditions, or delays related to construction logistics.

5. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures, in accordance with ACB’s Procurement Guidelines, and is open to all bidders from eligible sources as defined in the bidding documents.
