Qualifications Master Degree with five years’ Experience and having full knowledge of cricket Bachelor Degree with 7 Years’ Experience and having full knowledge of cricket. Maintains high level of confidentiality. Excellent organizational, multitasking, prioritizing skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to work as a team member in varied activities and projects. Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Good Communication and Inter-personal skills Fluent speaking in English, Dari & Pashto Must be able to prepare monthly report, plan and implement. Must have cricket knowledge, computer knowledge and self-confidence.

Job Summary:

Director of women cricket must have a dynamic International Profile with deep knowledge of Afghanistan Culture to become inspirational and the women cricket director will responsible to design and run junior/elite level cricket program for age group and senior women players and provide technical assistance for women cricket development or run school, provincial, regional and national cricket over the country. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the implementation of ACB Policies towards women cricket and Performances.
  • She is responsible for the building of new result oriented system for Afghanistan women Cricket & players 
  • Organize quarterly meetings of the cross- technical departments and coordinate issues related to project implementation and funding requirements.
  • To communicate with ICC and ACB Planning to peers.
  • To develop a comprehensive plan for the development of women Cricket starting from the basic level or age group girls
  • As director of women cricket, she will decide the parameters for Selection like Cricket Performance at all levels for Selection.
  • Will develop women cricket education program
  • To develop and implement pathway for the raise women Cricketers in the Afghanistan, and point out special goals for the position of women Cricket team in the next three years.
  • She will organize Pre-Post Season Workshops for all Technical Staff.
  • To prepare media releases on cricket related issues in conjunction with the Media Manager and deliver media interviews on strategic cricket issues.
  • Will develop TID parameters and trace the talent.
  • Will develop the Talent Hunt Program.
  • She will monitor all progress and keep the working and budgeting on track.
  • She will generate results from her supporting staff
  • Perform any other task assigned by line supervisor.

REPORTS TO

  • Will report to ACB Chief Executive Officer and ACB chairman.

 

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • The director of women cricket may be required to travel in country to other ACB offices or facilities or sometimes will officially abroad the country .

  • Master Degree with five years’ Experience and having full knowledge of cricket
  • Bachelor Degree with 7 Years’ Experience and having full knowledge of cricket.
