Provincial Cricket Development Manager will be responsible for overall cricket development and relevant cricket activities, and should manage overall provincial domestic cricket development in their respective province. He is expected to provide full support to ensure applicability of the provincial activities and implement plan set for province.

Job Summary:

Provincial Cricket Development Manager will be responsible for overall cricket development and relevant cricket activities, and should manage overall provincial domestic cricket development in their respective province. He is expected to provide full support to ensure applicability of the provincial activities and implement plan set for province.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Implement overall ACB - Domestic Cricket Development policies and procedures
  • Contribute in the development of provincial cricket development strategy.
  • Implement Provincial cricket development strategy and achieve its targets.
  • Work closely with domestic & relevant departments in implementation of cricket policies.
  • Develop monthly & annual work plan for the province.
  • Provide strategic leadership for relating provincial team.
  • Deliver high quality cricket programs in schools, universities, clubs, academies and for disable.
  • Carry out appropriate administration and reporting tasks as required.
  • Come up with different capacity building approaches for provincial related team.
  • Manage development, coordination, and implementation of a range of cricket projects and to increase.
  • Arrange inter-provincial tournaments for Age group, school, university, academy, disable and club level players.
  • Ensure that effective evaluation and reporting takes place with regard to all development planning targets.
  • Collect and submit the information of players in database for overall cricket events while conducting at provincial level.
  • Develop a proper database at provincial level to make sure all players’ record available.
  • Ensure regular reporting on fundraising at Provincial level to ACB - Domestic Manager.
  • Prepare, submit and/or present reports/presentations when required by the Domestic Department.
  • Submit monthly & annual activities report to line supervisor.
  • Perform any other task assigned by line supervisor.

 

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Administration and or relevant field

 

Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Cricket Development

 

Skills

  • Strong understanding of theoretical and practical cricket issues including familiarity with ICC and ACC rules.
  • Ability to use personal computers and related software’s.
  • Considerable interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Considerable experience and demonstrated the ability to serve the ACB in a courteous and professional manner

 

Languages

  • Ability to develop written reports and action plans in English, Dari and Pashto
