The role requires hands-on expertise in ground maintenance, pitch preparation, irrigation systems, equipment handling, and staff supervision. Additionally, the incumbent will travel to other provinces to help staff with preparing high-standard wickets and pitches and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure the playing surface meets specific requirements and timelines.
