Rahmatulhaq Fuzail, a board member of the Afghanistan Cricket Board was born in Kandahar Province, his hometown in Afghanistan. He is the current director of the customs office in the Ministry of Finance of the country.

Fuzail tends to strive and work hard in the educational sector as well as to work with the youngsters to somehow make them achieve their goals. He further aims to bring more sponsors to the Afghanistan Cricket Board, and utilizing his personal ties with the business entities, provide the ACB with more market opportunities.

Rahmatulhaq is looking for positive and effective relationships between the Afghanistan Cricket Board and the new Government, to be able to expand the game of cricket to all parts of the country. He further aims to work for the further development of the game and to provide the younger generation with more playing facilities.

Fuzail has ample experience working in the economic sectors and aims to help the ACB gain more sponsorship prospects. He trusts that the financial growth of the organization will help in the fundamental enhancement of the game in Afghanistan.
