Haji Obaidullah Sader Khail who is an Afghan trader was born on 10th July 1968 in Kunduz, Afghanistan. He completed his baccalaureate degree in 1986 from Habiba high school in Kunduz. Sader Khail’s family was engaged in the foodstuff business since 1975. Sader Khail, after completing his primary studies, joined his family in the business sector, where he worked to enhance and expand their business activities to all parts of Afghanistan.

Mr. Sader Khel carries 30 years of experience working in different business sectors. Throughout his career, he has managed to set up his business activities in different countries, including the UAE, where he started investing during the year 2002.  Mr. Sader Khail was elected as the vice-president of the Afghan Business Council in 2005. He played a vital role in the strength and development of the organization and built & maintained positive commercial and economic activities with other business sectors in the country. Based on his satisfactory performances in the success of the organization, he was elected as the president of the Afghan Business Council in 2007. Furthermore, he has had a notable role in strengthening economic and social relationships between Afghanistan and the UAE, which in return help in the development of the economic and trading situations in Afghanistan.

Mr. Sader Khail is an active executive member of the commerce chambers and business councils in Afghanistan, Pakistan, UAE, the USA, Canada, and the Netherlands. He has also received a business matchmaking award from Afghan American Chamber of Commerce, as well as Appreciation certifications from the Australian-Afghanistan Business Council, Parliament of Afghanistan, Religious and Cultural Affairs section of parliament of Afghanistan, Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Consulate General, and Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce & Industries, Netherlands Afghanistan Business Council (NAFBC), Afghan American Chamber of Commerce, and from the Afghanistan Investment Support Agency respectively.

Haji Obaidullah Sader Khail aims to expand his business operations to different countries and create employment opportunities for the people of Afghanistan. He marks the game of cricket as an effective tool for ensuring peace and unity in the country. According to him, the game of cricket plays a vital role in the development of the younger generation of the country. Being a board member of the Afghanistan Cricket Board, he tends to create more market opportunities for Afghan cricket and take further steps in the development of Cricket in Afghanistan.
