Sharks Beat Zalmi to Finish with a Winning Note

Ihsanullah Janat 54 (36) scored a half-century before Jamshid Khan (2/12) and Asghar Atal (2/12) took two wickets each to help the Amo Sharks beat the Pamir Zalmi by 29 runs and end their run in the event with a winning note.

Amo Sharks were put into bat first as they went on to put 130/9 runs on the board. Asghar Atal struck an 8-ball 21 whereas the skipper Ihsanullah Janat scored 54 runs off 36 balls. Usman Ghani picked up 3, whereas Ibrahim Masoud and Zabihullah Sardarzai took 2 wickets each.

The Pami Zalmi batters were not able to chase their total down as they were reduced to 101/4 runs and eventually fell short by 29 runs to lose their 7th win on the trot. The off-spin bowling duo of Jamshid Khan and Asghar Atal picked up 2 wickets each.

Ihsan Janat was declared the player and the most sixes awards of the match, Ibrahim Masoud named the stylish and Asghar Atal named the game changer of the match.
