KNIGHTS WIN THRILLER AGAINST SHARKS TO TOP THE TABLE
Wazirzai Mis-e Ainak Knights won their fourth match of the league stage to become table-toppers as they beat DailyFresh Amo Sharks by 3 runs in the 14th Match of Shpageeza Cricket League.

Having won the toss, Knights posted 162/6 in their 20 overs as Noor Ali Zadran and Mohammad Nabi continued with their good form scoring 73 and 48 runs respectively. Sharks’ skipper Shapoor Zadran bowled brilliantly and took four wickets off his four overs.
In response, Ibrahim Zadran’s 69 and Munir Ahmad’s knock of 45 took Sharks close to the target. However, Yamin Ahmadzai’s 2 wickets and one wicket each from Naveen ul Haq and Tariq Stanikzai ensured the Sharks fell short by just 3 runs to lose the match.
Noor Ali Zadran was awarded Man of the Match for his terrific knock of 73.
The last match in the league stage of the tournament will be played shortly between Paragon Band-e Amir Dragons and Arif Azim Bost Defenders at 1:15 PM.
