KAM-AIR SIGNED AS AIRLINE PARTNER FOR WEST INDIES SERIES

Afghanistan Cricket Board and Kam Air Private Airlines signed an agreement today as the latter was announced as the official airline partner of Afghanistan Cricket Board for the upcoming series against West Indies in Lucknow, India. As per the agreement, Kam Air will offer its services to ACB officials and players on the Kabul-Delhi and Delhi-Kabul flights at discounted rates during the period of the series while ACB will help market the airlines.

ACB CEO, Lutfullah Stanikzai thanked Kam Air and expressed hope that the partnership will continue in the future as well and that it will be a good experience for both sides.

Suleman Omar, Kam Air’s Commercial director also expressed his pleasure on the partnership with ACB and added that this is the first partnership between both organizations. He further added that they will work on having a long-term association with ACB.

Mr. Stanikzai also requested the Airlines to consider a framework to provide discounts for the fans who would like to travel to India to watch the matches in the series against West Indies and received assurance from the Kam Air delegation to consider the issue.

ACB strives to attract investment from business entities in the country and establish long-term association with them in different aspects.

Afghanistan will play three ODIs, three T20Is and a one-off Test against West Indies at ABV Ekana Stadium, Lucknow from 6th November to 1st December.
