AZIZ BANK ANNOUNCED AS MAIN JERSEY SPONSOR FOR AFGHANISTAN‘S TOUR OF BANGLADESH

The sponsorship agreement was signed between Azizi Bank’s deputy CEO Mr. Mohammad Usman Nawrozi and ACB’s acting Chief Operating Officer (COO) Mr. Hamid Rashidy.

Addressing the meeting on behalf of ACB CEO Mr. Lutfullah Stanikzai, Mr. Rashidy said, “ ACB leadership thank Azizi Bank for their cooperation and express hope that it continues to participate in Sponsorship activities with us in future as well. “

Mr. Rashidy added: “ACB also invites other renowned companies and business figures in the country to utilize the available opportunities and participate in sponsorship activities in the field of Cricket. “

Deputy CEO of Azizi Bank, Mr. Nawrozi remarked, “Afghan Cricket is a source of pride for our country, therefore, Azizi Bank has supported it in the past and will continue to support Cricket and ACB in the future as well. “

Afghanistan’s Tour of Bangladesh will include a one-off test against the hosts from 5th to 9th September which will be followed by a T20I Tri-series. The national team will play their first match of the tri-series against Zimbabwe on 14th, second against Bangladesh on 15th, third against Zimbabwe on 20th and fourth against Bangladesh on 21st September while the Final is scheduled to be played on 24th of the same month between the top two teams.
