Mr. Abdullah Barakzai, Senior Advisor to the ACB Chairman in Strategic Communications addressed the event and congratulated the players on a great performance in the tour. He added:” ACB is proud of your achievements. You are true heroes who have proudly represented and portrayed the true image of the country across the globe. “

Captain, Rashid Khan also addressed the event on behalf of the National team and thanked his players for their great performance and dedication. He added:” Winning the Test against Bangladesh in Bangladesh is a great achievement for us as a team. Even though we lost two matches in the T20I Tri-series, our team performed well overall. Our preparations for next year’s T20 World Cup started with this tour, therefore, we gave opportunities to more players against Bangladesh and Zimbabwe. “

Rashid commended the performance by Youngsters in particular and expressed his happiness calling them a bright future for the country’s cricket. He further added that the team’s focus will now be on preparations for the upcoming tour of India where they will play a full series against West Indies in November.
