Chief Selector Andy Moles and Member of the selection committee, Mr. Mujahid Zadran addressed the press conference at ACB Headquarters.
Mr. Moles called the sides competitive and said: “We have six changes from the World Cup squad. These changes are a part of our efforts to promote good sides for the future. “Mr. Moles further added that the path looking forward is important especially in ODI cricket for the upcoming four years until the next world cup in Australia.
Moles also remarked that more youngsters are given chances to improve their game at International level as performance at the low levels does not automatically transfer to the higher stage and needs to be consistent.

According to Moles, the Test squad for the only Test match in the tour will be announced after the T20I series is completed.
The three ODIs are scheduled to be played on 6th, 9th and 11th November respectively while the T20Is will be played on 14th, 16th and 17th of the same month and the only test match between both sides will be played from 27th Nov- 1st Dec 2019 at Lucknow’s Ekana Stadium.
