Afghanistan U-19 team departed for Bangladesh

Afghanistan U-19 team departed for Bangladesh to play five one-day matches against Bangladesh U-19s. The first match is scheduled to be played on 28th September in Sylhet and the tour ends on 6th October with the final match.


1st Youth ODI – 28th September, Sylhet

2nd Youth ODI – 30th September, Sylhet

3rd Youth ODI – 2nd October, Sylhet

4th Youth ODI – 4th October, Sylhet

5th Youth ODI – 6th October, Sylhet

The team is led by Naveen-ul-Haq who captained Afghanistan U-19s in the ICC U-19 Asia Qualifier Division I in Singapore.

The tour will help Afghanistan U-19s in their preparations ahead of the Asia U-19 Cup in Malaysia in November 2017 and the U-19 Cricket World Cup, which will be held in New Zealand from 6th – 26th January 2018.
