Afghanistan triumph over Ireland in 5 ODIs series

Following the series of 3 T-20Is, Afghanistan played the series of 5 ODIs against Ireland in Greater Noida. The team triumphed over Ireland by wining 3 matches of the series.

Ireland won the toss of the final ODI and elected to Bat first. They scored a total of 230 with all wickets gone in 48.1 overs of the match.

Afghan Bowlers each Rashid Khan Arman took 4, Farid Malik 3, Dawlat Zadran 2 and Gulbadin 1 wicket.

Afghanistan chased the given target in 48.4 overs of the match with 3 wickets gone. Rahmat Shah Zurmati scored 108 Not Out while Samiullah Shinwari contributed by scoring 62 Not Out.

Rahmat Shah Zurmati was recognized as man of the match. While, Paul Stirling was recognized as best Player and best Batsman of the series and Rashid Khan Arman was recognized as best Bowler of the series.
