Afghanistan team leaves for Zimbabwe series

The Afghanistan national cricket team on Monday left for Zimbabwe to participate in a series of matches. The series will start from October 16, 2015, which will include five One Day International and two T20 matches. “This is honor for Afghanistan cricket team to be playing and sharing experience with full member, Afghanistan team will have a better performance and return back after achieving victory.” The Afghanistan Cricket Board chairman, Nasimullah Danish said. He also added that, due to some technical problem of the hosting team Zimbabwe and Ten Cricket, we will be unable to see these matches live on television. However we will be updating cricket lovers via social media and press. CEO of Afghanistan Cricket Board Mr. Shafiq Stanikzai said that, "To fully equipped our national team we organized a week extensive physical and technical training for players in Alokozay Kabul International Cricket Stadium.” Captain of the national team Mr. Stanikzai said, "We are very grateful for organizing matches and experience sharing opportunity with full member team.”
