Afghanistan U-19 Earns 4th Consecutive Victory in the ACC Premiere League

Afghanistan U-19 beat Saudi Arabia U-19 in the Asian premiere league. This is 4th consecutive victory of Afghanistan. Saudi Arabia won the toss and elected to bat first. Saudi Arabia lost their all wickets in 39 overs scoring 158 runs. Muslim Musa took 4 wickets; Ziaurahman removed three opponent batsmen while Rasheed Khan added two wickets into his tally.

 Afghanistan U-19 chased down the target down after losing two wickets. Aggressive opener Hazrat Zazai scored another brilliant innings scoring 98 not out runs. He hit the ball for 9 fours and 4 huge sixes. Naveed Obaid also played an impressive 37-runs innings. 
Afghanistan U-19 remains on the top of the table. This was the 4th consecutive victory of the team beating Kuwait, Nepal and UAE in the first three matches. The team will play against the host Malaysia U-19 on 3rd September.
 Afghanistan Cricket Board chairman Nasimullah Danish, CEO Shafiqullah Stanikzai and officials congratulates the nation for the victory. Nasimullah Danish said; “The victories expresses that Afghanistan has great Cricket talent and the future of Cricket is bright in Afghanistan.” Shafiqullah Stanikzai praised the performance of the national and added that the team will more happiness to the faces of the nation once again.
