Afghanistan has a Bright Cricket Future

Afghanistan which entered to Cricket world newly is now one of the important Cricket nations due to the players commitment, professional program and development activities in the country. This will lead the country towards a bright future.

Shafiqullah Stanikzai the CEO of Afghanistan Cricket Board expressed these words in a press conference held at Khost province about the Ahmad Shah Abdali 4-day Cricket tournament. Stanikzai added, “ we have brought the chain of Cricket to the provinces. We want to improve the current Cricketing facilities to our players all over the country. This is the reason that we are arranging the 4-day matches in Khsot and Nangarhar provinces. We plan to arrange other big tournament such as Shpageeza Cricket League as well in the provinces.” 
The vice chairman ACB in administrative affairs Azizullah Fazli , vice Chairman in technical affairs Taj Maloom Alam, domestic Cricket manager Nazemjaar AbdulRahimzai , the captain of Band-e-Ameer and Mis-e-Ainak regions Nawroz Mangal and Shahzad Mohammadi also participated in the conference. 
The administrative vice Chairman Azizullah Fazli told media that we are arranging the 4-day matches in the Intercontinental cup tournament format and all technical policies have been created for that. He said that we hope to get very good result from the tournament and find some great talent for 4-day level matches on national level.
At the end of the ceremony the captain of Band-e-Ameer region Mohammad Shahzad Mohammadi and captain of Mis-e-Ainak region thanked ACB for providing great facilities for the tournament.
