National Team Arrived with a Warm Welcome

Afghanistan national Cricket team reached home country safely after qualifying to ICC Twenty20 world cup 2016 in India. Chief Executive of Afghanistan Cricket Board Mr. Shafiqullah Stanikzai, the deputy of public awareness and relations Mr. Faridoon Alham at president house, Ministry of culture and information Deputy for youth affairs, Mr. Kamal Sadaat members of parliament, officials of the Hamid Karzai international airport Afghanistan Cricket Board employees, media representatives and thousands of Cricket fans participated for the welcome ceremony. 

The CEO of Afghanistan Cricket Board told media that, the national team played bravely in the tournament and got 5th position for the T20 qualifier round. The national team defeated winners of the tournament and qualified for the fourth consecutive time to ICC T20 Cricket World cup which will be hosted by India in 2016. Stanikzai added that, "Our team will be will equipped for the world cup T20 to be held in India next year." 
The deputy of public awareness and relations of president house and member of Afghanistan Cricket Board Mr. Faridoon Alham named the qualification of the team and a honor for the afghan nation, he also added that the performance by the players brought happiness to the faces of national. National team back to Afghanistan Cricket Board with lots of applauds of the fans and cricket supporters.
