The rise of cricket in Afghanistan over the last decade has been an extraordinary story in the world of sports. The rapid growth of cricket in the country and the simultaneous success of the National Cricket Team has resulted in cricket being the most popular sport in Afghanistan. Cricket fans across Afghanistan and beyond have developed immense interest in the game of cricket and the National Cricket Team’s participation in both domestic and international cricketing events is closely followed and draw large crowds at the grounds and followers on Television, print media and the internet.
The Afghanistan Cricket Federation was established in 1995 and Afghanistan was granted affiliate membership by the International Cricket Council (ICC) in 2001. Afghanistan was granted associate membership of the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) in 2003. The president of the country issued a decree on 2nd June 2009 which made Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) an independent governing body for the development and promotion of the game of cricket in the country. In 2013, Afghanistan was granted Associate Member status of ICC following notable progress in different areas of administration and development of the game. Afghanistan obtained Full Membership of ICC in June 2017 to become one of the 12 Full Member nations.
HR Officer is responsible to assist the HR Department in overall management of HR activities. He/she must be owner of good communication skill, ability to work with team, self-motivated with an ability to achieve targeted objectives. Should have excellent writing, reading and speaking skills in Pashto, Dari and English languages. Should have corporate level proficiency in MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint and official emailing, computer skill, Should be hardworking, Sincere, Honest, Dedicated, self-achiever.

Duties and Responsibilities
Management of all staff personnel file/record.
Keep and maintain a proper and comprehensive staff list with all required information (excl and access).
Maintaining and controlling time& attendance system with Reception and sending weekly attendance report to HoD’s.
Make sure that all staff has their job descriptions based on their department.
Follow up of new staff probation period with their managers.
Clearance with resigned and terminated employees with of all departments.
Arranging office space for new employees.
Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates.
Assist HR Manager on new employee orientation and training sessions.
Assist HR Manager on conducting trainings and development program.
Maintain and Controlling of HR CV Bank.
Follow up of recruitment procedure with HoD’s and new hired employees.
Keep and maintain the leave balance of all staff with Reception on monthly basis.
Assist in collection, sorting of staff performance appraisal and Assist in making staff development plans annually.
Management of filling system (employment records, correspondence, meeting minutes, etc.)
Keep, maintain and update staff contact list with Reception and distribute it to all department heads on monthly basis.
Keep Update HRMIS
Assist HR Assistant manager in monthly salary calculation
Enforce ACB policy and procedures
Submit weekly and monthly activity reports to HR Manager.
Carry out any other activity assigned by Head of department
Travels to Provinces

• Ability to work with business leads and creative teams to successfully meet deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment.
• Effective communication skills to communicate effectively with all concerned staff.
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any other related disciplines;
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
• Excellent computer skills with good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and the Internet; ability to use spreadsheets, presentation graphics, word processing and database computer software;
• Excellent written and verbal communication and delivery skills in Dari and/or Pashtu and English;
• Ability to deliver effective presentations to a wide range of audiences; Ability to plan and prioritize work
